This lake home was originally built in the mid-80’s. In 2005, the home was renovated from top to bottom along with site improvements for the new owner’s active family of six. The house was transitioned into a crisply detailed, shingled style home with a nautical flair.

Special attention was paid to the lake views but still able to create private spaces for the family. A special detail on the exterior is the use of cable rail for the deck railing, but to give it a look in keeping with the house design, big posts were used to create an interesting detail and yet along views of the lake. Also, the renovated boat house, new outdoor fire pit gathering area, sand volleyball area and newly landscaped outdoor spaces all enhance this already beautiful site.

With fresh new interior spaces, luxurious master suite and quaint white kitchen the home has been transformed into a comfortable place to spend time relaxing. The home’s character is unique, reflecting its surroundings and those who call it home.
