Join us at Leo A Daly’s office for a lunch presentation on sustainable coating systems.

TAKE NOTE: THIS COURSE QUALIFIES FOR 1 AIA SUSTAINABLE DESIGN CREDIT!

ENVIRONMENTAL COATINGS COMPLIANCE
This program will give the participant an understanding of the complexities of specify­ing performance-based coating systems on environmentally sensitive projects. The changing legislation of the various air districts throughout the United States, and the requirements of each, will be outlined. This understanding will allow specifiers and owners to recommend the appropriate coating system to meet the intent and require­ments of both voluntary programs such as LEED and the various government man­dated environmental control measures. This program is a live version of the Fulfilling Green Design Through Coating Selection course offered through AEC Daily (see below). 1.0 LU / HSW / SD

AIA Omaha is currently working with Leo A Daly to coordinate designated parking areas for this presentation. Please be respectful and only park in those designated areas. We are expecting a larger than normal participation for this event. If the parking lot is full, members could also park in the residential streets to the south.
