The scope of this project was to create an architecturally correct addition to a 1930’s era Dundee home. The project entailed the addition of 1800 square feet addition to the existing 1600 square feet residence along with a 1000 square feet carriage house. The projects main goal was to renovate and recreate the existing residence while adding square footage to accommodate today’s lifestyle.
This home features the use of minimal maintenance and green friendly materials throughout and an open floor plan with custom gourmet kitchen/great room with a spectacular view to the outdoor living environment featuring a free form pool with a 6’ waterfall drop, full outdoor kitchen with fire pit. Other feature includes a 25’ x 25’ theater room with fully automated control systems and wine tasting room.
